Downloading & Installing the CareLink™ Uploader Software. Before uploading your pump to CareLink™ and accessing your reports, you will need to download and install the new Uploader software. On the Home screen of your CareLink™ page, you will need to select 'How to Install Uploader' and a page will display. Follow the on-screen instructions. When you see the screen in the Medtronic CareLink Therapy Management Software for Diabetes upload wizard that tells you to install the CareLink USB driver, click the Next button. The system copies the driver to your computer.
