Look for your serial number

To make the serial number easier to read, move to a well-lit area, put your device under a strong light, or use a magnifier. You can also take a photo of the number with your mobile phone, then zoom in on the photo.

If you have the original packaging for your Beats product, you might see the serial number near the barcode. You might also be able to find the serial number on the original product receipt or invoice.

You can also find your serial number using your iOS or Android device.

To find the serial number of your Beats product when it's connected to your Android device or paired in the Beats app for Android:

2. Scroll to 'Under the hood: Serial number.'
